We specialize in preconstruction and construction management, working alongside owners and design teams from early planning through completion. Our focus is on managing risk, controlling cost, and keeping projects moving in the right direction.

About Our Owner
Spencer Nokes founded Hico Construction after building his career in commercial construction, leading projects across municipal, medical, hospitality, higher education, and industrial sectors. He has been involved in more than $350 million in project volume, including both new construction and complex renovations in occupied facilities.
A Northwest Arkansas native, Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University and has spent his career rooted in this market, building strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners throughout the region.
Hico was built on a simple belief: clients should have direct access, clear communication, and a construction partner who takes ownership of the outcome. That standard is built into Hico’s process and how we operate on every project.
